Terms & Conditions for Visitors and Users

Welcome to FreeSite, a service powered by Caphands Integrated Services, providing free website design solutions for businesses and individuals.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Service Overview

FreeSite offers free website design services to eligible users under the following conditions:

  • Website design is completely free
  • Only registered businesses in Nigeria are eligible
  • Websites are hosted on a FreeSite subdomain
  • Each website is limited to a maximum of three (3) pages
  • A free SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate is included

2. Free Trial Period

  • All newly created websites enjoy a 30-day free usage period
  • During this period, users can fully access and evaluate their website

3. Subscription After 30 Days

  • After the initial 30-day free period, users are required to pay a monthly hosting fee starting from ₦3,800
  • This fee covers:
    • Subdomain hosting
    • Continued website accessibility
    • Basic maintenance support

Failure to subscribe may result in:

  • Suspension or deactivation of the website
  • Possible removal of hosted content after a grace period

4. Scope and Limitations

The FreeSite package includes:

  • Maximum of 3 web pages
  • Basic informational or business websites only
  • Free SSL

Exclusions:

  • E-commerce websites are NOT included in this free package
  • Advanced features beyond the basic offering may attract additional charges

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful content
  • Ensure their website content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • Avoid using the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities

6. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of their content
  • FreeSite/Caphands reserves the right to showcase created websites for portfolio and marketing purposes

7. Service Modification

FreeSite reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time
  • Update pricing or service structure with prior notice

8. Limitation of Liability

FreeSite shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of data, revenue, or business interruptions
  • Issues arising from third-party hosting or technical failures

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any website that:

  • Violates these terms
  • Is used for illegal or unethical purposes

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria
